On 22 July at 4.30 pm, PistachoPRO will host a free online webinar entitled “Pistachios in California: Lessons from Pistacho Pro”, in which its founders, Mario González and Esaú Martínez, will share the key findings from their trip to the US state, a global leader in the cultivation and marketing of this nut.
During the session, the speakers will offer a first-hand insight into the field through images, videos and reflections, enabling attendees to gain an in-depth understanding of the Californian model and its potential applications in the Spanish and European contexts. The presentation forms part of the World Pistachio Congress, the sector’s largest international event.
